Last night was a ROCKING awesome game. GO TIGERS ! We are Omaha bound.

The baby blankets that just won't end

Ok so I started 2 baby blankets. One I am crocheting and one I am knitting. I feel like I have been working on them FOREVER. At this rate the only babies that I will see use them are my future GRANDCHILDREN lol

VBS

OK VBS is almost over and I am so sad :( I fall in love with these kids every summer. I really do wish we could have VBS twice a summer. I have such a great group this year. I love their spirit. I can see a wonderful future in all of them! My prayer is that the seeds of salvation were planted this week and will grow and produce fruit soon !

Did you ever have one of those days........

You know those days were you wake up and realize that life is perfect? You are in the exact place in life you want to be. Surrounded by people who love you...... Well today is that day. I am in love with my life. God has granted me favor beyond my wildest expectations. I am married to my best friend. He is the love of my life and spoils me like you wouldn't believe :) I have 3 beautiful, healthy, smart children. I am blessed with the ability to be a stay at home mom. I have a wonderful group of girlfriends. WOW what more could a girl want :)

School Projects

When the kids started school I knew that it was inevitable that we would have to do the "school projects" with them. What I didn't realize was how awesome my dear hubby was. We have had 2 projects this year and he has went above and beyond the call of duty on each! The first was a Mardi Gras float for Lainey. In the pic it may just look like a normal float, but what you can't see is that he has made it blink. When she was in the parade she just flipped a switch and BAM she was blinking. It was so cute. Needless to say she won First Place for the whole school :) The next project was to build a Leprechaun trap for St. Patrick's Day. This one was for Will. A picture wouldn't do so I have a YouTube video of it so you can get the full affect :)
